Dusted, washed, dried
Dry soil comes out first, then a wash matched to the rug, then controlled drying so it keeps its shape.
Repaired and returned
Fringe or structural work happens before we deliver it back, usually within 5 to 7 days.
Cleaned off-site
Rugs are cleaned at our facility, not on your floor, so the dirt leaves the building instead of moving around it.
Antique-safe handling
